Shipping policy
At VELUNA, we are committed to getting your order to you safely and as quickly as possible.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 8–11 business days across South Africa. Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Delays While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, VELUNA is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. VELUNA cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@veluna.co.za and we will assist you promptly.
